This post is simply for those of you who are confused by the title of my blog. Of the few people who have seen it, so far most have asked the same question.
"Why did you name it that?" "What does that mean?"
It is simple.
4 million square miles is the surface area of Europe. It is only 2% of the earth's total area and 6.8% of the land mass. It is the smallest continent in the world.
The continent of North America is 9.5 million square miles. 4.8 % total area of the earth and 16.5% of the land mass. That is more than double....
It really has little to no relevance to my trip at all. I just found it an interesting fact, and that is were I will be for the next 7 weeks. Traveling around only 2% of the world.
There is so much more to see! Maybe someday.... haha ;)
